If using a sat-nav or Google Maps with our postcode (NE66 3NU), you may be directed through the Springfield estate in Longhoughton — which is a residential area and not the correct route.
For accurate navigation, use /// quote.ooze.spoke in the What3Words app, or follow the brown tourist signs from the B1340 coast road.
By road from the south
Take the A1 north to Alnwick, then the B1340 towards Longhoughton and the coast. Follow signs for Boulmer. The site entrance is on Boulmer Road between Longhoughton and the village.
By road from the north
Take the A1 south to the Alnwick junction, then follow the B1340 east towards the coast. Through Longhoughton and follow Boulmer Road. Look for the campsite sign on the left.
By train
The nearest station is Alnmouth (about 5 miles). Taxis are available from the station. Alternatively, Alnwick is served by buses from Newcastle and has good road connections.
