Before you book

Good to know.

Check-in & out

  • Check-in: from 12 noon (3pm for Glamping)
  • Check-out: by 10am
  • Early check-in may be available — contact us in advance
  • Late check-out subject to availability

Cancellation

  • Full refund if cancelled 14 days or more before arrival
  • 50% refund if cancelled 7–14 days before arrival
  • No refund within 7 days of arrival
  • We recommend taking out holiday cancellation insurance

Group sizes

  • Standard pitches: up to 6 people
  • Bell tents: up to 4 people
  • Pods: 2 people (enquire for additional)
  • No large group bookings
